Early Years Programs
BRiDGES Preschool is a safe, nurturing, comfortable environment with developmentally appropriate activities where toddlers connect, explore and grow.
A side step to traditional day care, all of BRiDGES’ Early Years Specialists have or are finishing degrees in Child Development, Early Childhood Education or a child related field. Low child to caregiver ratios and comfortable home-like environments sets BRiDGES apart for providing quality Early Years programs. Small class sizes coupled with intriguing curriculum make this an amazing introduction to preschool.
Independence and self-help skills are emphasized by washing hands, brushing teeth and using the restroom throughout the day.
All Early Years Children enjoy ample time outdoors in our nature rich environment designed especially for your growing toddler.
First Steps
Unlike traditional corporate daycare, our 1 year old toddler programs are extremely cozy and inviting, bringing your house into ours. Our specially designed environments support mindfully maintained routines with all the exploration and motor activities that our toddlers need to learn, grow and feel secure.
Cozy as can be with exploration abound, toddlers bond and grow in a small group of young friends with consistent teachers. This pleasant routine includes ample nurturing, mobility and play.
e-Pre
BRiDGES e-Pre is an enjoyable early preschool program tailored for a small group of curious minds. Hands on activities with professional, caring and consistent preschool teachers make learning fun!
When toddlers are ready, potty training is integrated into daily routines. Early Preschool is full of structured activities and age appropriate play. When children show developmental readiness, they are comfortably transitioned into Preschool.

BRiDGES naturally evolving preschool curriculum
focuses on positive character traits, communication skills, assertiveness training and problem solving for all children.
‘Lesson Plans’ are posted and made available on the first school day of each week to keep parents informed about their children’s weekly science experiments, cooking projects, gardening activities, new primary Spanish and Sign Language, dramatic play, music and movement, children’s literature, journals, zoo phonics, math manipulatives, snack helpers and special teacher notes.
Our full day children bring healthy picnic-style lunches and brush their teeth everyday before resting.
All BRiDGES children enjoy ample outside time on our Adventure Playgrounds. Our outdoor environments are recognized for their natural elements, gardens, mud kitchens, water features and more.

BRiDGES Kindergarten is an awesome private school experience for your child!
Kindergarten
BRiDGES offers a state-standard, hands-on Kindergarten where kids learn by doing, not just sitting, so they build real knowledge that sticks.
Knowing that Kindergarten is one of the most formative years in a child’s educational career, more and more parents are seeking a private school alternative for their children. Scientists are telling us what we parents have known intuitively for years: Children learn best when they are “doing”. Meaningful experiences record knowledge in long term memory. A wide variety of knowledge connects dendrites in the brain and new information can only attach itself to something familiar that has already been experienced.
BRiDGES follows all of the state standards for Kindergarten and then some. We do it in a way that is conducive to the way children learn best. Here, they will use their minds, voice and senses to learn. A structured, hands on approach to reading, mathematics, science, writing, art, health, music, foreign language, socialization and responsibility are respectfully taught in a developmentally appropriate classroom by Early Childhood educators. With so many public school changes in kindergarten in AZ, quality private school kindergarten is an increasingly popular choice for your child. State cut-backs do NOT affect your child’s opportunity to receive a quality, well-rounded kindergarten experience at BRiDGES.
Young Leaders
Empowering the next generation of innovators, the young leaders program cultivates essential character-building skills through independence and meaningful leadership responsibilities. Our Young Leaders are actively involved in the life of our school, often found setting up learning activities in younger classrooms, assisting teachers with projects, or lending a hand through service projects like sharpening pencils and stocking art supplies. On the playground, they can be found wearing lanyards as they take on leadership roles, fostering a safe and positive environment for all.
During the summer, the young leaders craft small business plans in our Entrepreneur
Club. Children continue developing their reading, writing, and math skills in the process.
