All of BRiDGES Preschool Teachers are or are finishing a degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or other child related fields. BRiDGES Preschool has proudly welcomed interns and Student Teachers from ASU, NAU, MCC, CAC and other community colleges. We have an employment waiting list for those wishing to work with us in the near future.

Our Teachers
- Graciously survive a 3 part interview process
- Have a unique balance of talent, education and preschool experience
- Love children’s literature, story time and think Mother Goose might be a distant relative
- Have completed a Federal background check
- Think mud, fingerpaint and worms are fun and necessary experiences
- Maintain current First-Aid and CPR certification
- Promote positive social and emotional skills
- Complete more hours of professional staff development than required by the state
